Affinage Artic Developer 4.5% 500ml is a 15-volume professional cream developer designed to be used with Affinage Artic Blonding Crème and Infiniti permanent colour for gentle, controlled lift.
The 4.5% (15-vol) strength is ideal for tone-on-tone colour, going one shade lighter, or refreshing mid-lengths and ends without unnecessary lift. Smooth cream texture for easy mixing and even application.
